Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zelli Home Intelligence LLC ("Zelli", "we") handles information collected through zellihomepros.com.

What we collect

When you request a price we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, description of the job and photos, and optionally your email and street address. Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type. This site does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to review and price your request, contact you about it, arrange and manage the work, keep records, improve our service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share what is needed with the service professionals who may price or perform your job, and with vendors who help us run the business, such as hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We will not send you marketing texts unless you separately agree to them. You can opt out of any such program at any time.

Keeping information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting records.
